The branding workshop process
Our workshop can be broken down into three key aspects or phases: Core, Positioning and Persona.
The Core looks to determine your brand purpose, what your vision is and what values are important to you. These are the key foundations of your brand, which we’ll use to guide us through the workshop.
With the brand’s Core now in place, we look to establish your Position. We first look to define who your target audience is and diagnose any potential disconnect with your existing one. Then, we identify and analyse who your competitors are. After this, we look to determine what activities can be performed to help boost awareness to your demographic.
We now look to take all we’ve learned and create a Persona for your brand. This persona will help guide you on how to best utilise your brand going forward, it will also give you the tools to communicate with your target audience more effectively.
With the workshop complete, we’ll provide you with an initial Brand Book. This represents the findings that captured the essence of your brand; purpose, values, vision, target audience, etc. You can then share this document internally within your business so staff and stakeholders can start to understand your brand better and therefore communicate this more effectively to your customers.
With this Brand Book in place, we can start crafting or refreshing your brand identity with a clear pathway of what you want to achieve for your business and your brand.
